Accepting an Order
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In case the order has been paid, all amounts will be returned to you.
Returning an Item
In the event that you are not satisfied with an order or an item, you may return it within 10 days of receipt for a replacement or refund for the price of the product (shipping charges excluded). *My order was damaged during transport/shipping (or for any other reasons). Speed up your return by following these easy steps:
- Take a photo of your damaged product and the shipping container it arrived in.
- Fill our Return Form.
- You will receive an email within 24-48 hours confirming the status of your claim.
- If your photo return is confirmed, we will process the refund or replacement.
If the damage is not visible in the photo, you may be required to return the item at your expense. *I changed my mind; I actually do not like it. If a product is perfect, but not perfect for you, return it for a full refund (shipping costs excluded) by following these easy steps:
- Fill our Return Form and send it to us.
- Ship your item back to us via traceable method in its original and perfect condition.
- We will make the refund within 5 working days of receiving the package.

We attempt to describe our products the best way possible. However, errors and misunderstandings could occur. In such case, please write us an email for replacement or refund.
We are not liable for any financial damage that may occur because of delay or lack of availability of materials or products.
The offers by Artollo, your orders, and the agreements between us for the delivery of our services and products are subject to the laws of US. The NY court will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute between the two parties.
