Do you ship to my country?
We ship almost everywhere in the world! For any limitations in your area, please inform us.

Can I add a gift note?
During checkout you can indicate your order is a gift and write your own personal gift message. Your message will be printed on the packing slip and we will not include any prices on the packing slip.

What is the standard processing time?
Our items are made-to-order, so standard processing time is 1-3 business days for all products.

How long will take to receive my item?
Please refer to our shipping policies.

Do you provide tracking number?
Yes, we do provide tracking number whenever available. You will receive it few days after you have placed the order. In case you do not receive a tracking number, then tracking service was not available for your region.

What happens if my products are damaged in transit?
If you are not happy with your product, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or refund for the price of the product (shipping charges excluded). Just fill in our Return Form.

Can I reuse the Wall Decals?
No, Wall Decals are not reusable.

How to install Wall decals?
Wall Decals come with installation instructions and squeegee for application. Installation is easy, you`ll see!

Can I use textured or recently painted wall for Wall Decals?
It`s not recommendable. Use clean, dust free, smooth and dry surface. Be sure that your wall is completely dry from painting before you install your Wall Decal.
