- Can I order a different poster size?
- The dimensions that we offer are listed in the dropdown menu next to each image, if you can't find the size you are looking for there. Please contact us for more information.
- How long does delivery time take?
- Delivery time is within 10 to14 days after payment is cleared. Delays may occur due to U.S. Customs Service which is not up to us if after this period you still haven't received your order. Please contact us and we will solve the problem.
- What is the location of the site?
- We are located in Ripoll, Spain.
- Can I get a better price when buying more than one print?
- Yes! Please tell me what prints you want to purtshase and how much would you like to order and we will send you a discount codes.
- Can I buy the original of your work?
- This is unfortunately not possible, but you can make individual order for a such one. The price will be determined according to the image size and it is usualy within 100 to 200$.
- Can I pay by CREDIT CARD?
- YES. For your security site accept Credit Card payments only through PayPal - read more.
- Can I order a different address?
- Yes! Please write us the address you would like us to send your order.
- Do you offer wholesale and with what conditions?
- Yes! For purchases over 50 prints you can get a discount of 15% to 35% depending on the quantity. Please contact us for more information.
- What are the conditions for obtaining partial owner rights on your pictures?
- We can grant rights to print and distribute our art work for at least 25% of the final. he final price. Please contact us for more information.
- I have not received my prints. What should I do?
- If your prints are not delivered within 14 business days after the order is sent they most likely will soon come back to us and we will send them to you again. In the event that they are lost we will contact you in order to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
- Shipping
- We ship our art prints in a protective sleeve (tube) and all items are shipped via priority mail .
You will receive a USPS tracking number or a local tracking number upon shipping.
